Over the course of my 10 plus year Real Estate career, I have been involved in virtually every type of negotiation or transaction. I've helped clients buy or sell apartments as small as 300 square feet, buildings as big as 200,000 square feet and even 5,000 acres of land in Napa. I've leased spaces as small as 400 square feet and as big as 44,500 square feet. These experiences give me the confidence to say that I can help anyone with whatever their Real Estate needs may be. A little bit more about me and some of my Real Estate accomplishments...

Since 2010, I’ve been a consultant to a European Real Estate fund, involved in over $100 million in Real Estate transactions. I identified, acquired, helped finance, managed, leased up, and, basically, increased the value, of their historic building portfolio throughout the United States. During this time, I’ve also assisted many friends in the acquisition, sale or provided advice regarding their apartments in, and around, New York City. I found this "personal" side of my business significantly more rewarding than working for the fund and I have thus decided to focus my future efforts in this area. ​​I'm fortunate to live on Perry Street in the West Village and I serve on the board of my building. This gives me a perspective into navigating the co-op maze, an indispensable asset in New York Real Estate.

Highlighted Transactions

  • 163 & 165 West 18th Street New York, NY - I represented the sellers of these two small mixed use buildings. After speaking with each owner, I suggested they sell their buildings as a package, together to a developer. Combining their buildings increased each of their indivual values significantly. The development constructed is a 21 unit residential condominium named Slate.

  • I represented Credit Suisse in the sale of a performing $25,000,000 mortgage on an apartment building on the Upper West Side.

  • 90 State Street Albany, NY - I represented the purchaser of this 200,000 sf office building.

  • L Haus 11-02 49th Ave Long Island City, NY - I represented the purchaser of a 2 BR, 2 bath,1,072 sf condominium.

  • 60-66 White Street New York, NY - By introducing the concept of seller financing, I helped a client acquire these 3 buildings for $23,000,000. I spent the next 3 years leasing up and then vacating the buildings in order for my client to develop a residential condominium project and commercial office building.

  • The Fine Arts Building 811 West 7th Street Los Angeles, CA - I helped a client acquire this 100,000 square foot, Romanesque Revival, office building in Downtown LA for $28,500,000. I spent the next 2 years after acquisition, leasing, managing, and eventually indentifying a tenant and negotiating the 44,500 square foot lease to increase the occupancy of the building to 95% in a market that has a 20% vacancy rate. This also dramatically increased the value of the building during a period where my client was in the process of re-financing.

  • 250 West Street New York, NY - I represented the purchaser of a 1,035 sf loft condominium.

  • The Clocktower Building 225 Santa Monica Blvd Santa Monica, CA - I helped a client acquire this 60,000 square foot, Art Deco, office building in "Silicon Beach" for $34,300,000.
